      Folded flyers or brochures, like leaflets and posters, are common printed materials used for promotional purposes. The difference is that tri-fold brochures printed are mainly introduce company’s brands, products, and events, which are easily to be stored due to their folded design.

      The tri-fold leaflet is like a storybook, in which each folded area is interconnected, with different content and consistent style.The number of folded layouts/panels is not only tri-folded, but also can be double-fold/bi-fold, four-folded, accordion fold etc. Different folds have different sizes.       Taking the paper thickness for example, if the folded paper is too thick, it will cause damage and ink loss after folding, and if the paper is too thin, it will be damaged or even broken. The printing of a tri-fold brochure is one of the most complex folding processes compared to color printing. During production, processes such as film covering/lamination are used to prevent paper damage.

      The design process of tri-fold printing must adopt a special design format, otherwise the pictures and text of the brochure will be covered after the folding, affecting the printing effect of the tri-fold leaflets.

      1. How to print a brochures double sided?

      A: If you just want to print a simple brochures for promotion which can roughly introduce your company,then tri-fold leaflets printed is a best choice. We recommend A4(210x297mm) opening size for you which is the regular size,and if you want to save cost,then 210x285mm will reach your requirements. The finished size after folding is DL flyers size.

       

      2.I have my design in PDF,can you print a tri-fold brochure in PDF for me?

      A: The answer is Yes. Please make sure there are bleeding on your graphic design, bleeding on each sides are 3mm,and the resolution of illustrations or images are 300dpi at least.Thank you!
