What format of the printing artworks do you need to be prepared?
We can accept PDF,AI,PSD,JPEG….Just make sure all the files are in high resolution which is more than 300dpi at least. And the fonts saved as outline format.
what is the turnaround time for production ?
Usually it’s about 1-2 working days for digital printing such as samples or small qty works. Bulk printing is about 5-7 working days.
How to order?

We will offer best prices according to your own design,and once you confirm the order,we start after deposit received.
How to pay?
We can accept Paypal,Bank transfer(T/T),Western Union…etc.(30-50% deposit before production,and 50% balance before shipment.)
Can I get a sample before bulk production?
Yes,of course. Samples before bulk printing is available. Samples in stock are for free. Customized samples cost will be refunded once you confirm the bulk printing order.
wHAT IS THE moq ?
It depends on what you need. Some of our products are no MOQ. Some of them MOQ is 500-1000pcs. But the more qty,the cheaper price.
Can I get discount price if we keep order from you?
Sure,all of our regular clients can get VIP price if they keep order from us,and the discounts are different which is depending on your orders total amount in one year.
What is your quality warranty terms?
We have very strict quality control system,which will make sure all the goods are 100% no problem in your hand. We will take the responsibility if anything wrong because of our problems.
