To ensure product quality and customer satisfaction, we provide samples before mass production. This helps clients confirm design, materials, and finishing details.


🔹 1. Types of Samples

  • Blank Sample: To check fabric/paper/material quality, weight, and color.

  • Digital Mock-Up (Free): A computer-generated layout showing logo placement and size.

  • Customized Pre-Production Sample: Produced with your exact logo, design, and specifications for final approval.


🔹 2. Sample Costs

  • Blank Sample: From USD $20–30/pc depending on material.

  • Custom Logo Sample: From USD $50–80/pc depending on design complexity.

  • Shipping Fee: Charged separately (via DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
    👉 In most cases, sample cost is refundable or deductible from the bulk order invoice.


🔹 3. Lead Time

  • Blank Sample: 3–5 working days

  • Custom Logo Sample: 7–10 working days

  • Express Courier Delivery: 3–7 days worldwide


🔹 4. Ordering Process

  1. Send your design/logo files and product specifications.

  2. Confirm sample quotation and make payment.

  3. Our team produces and inspects the sample.

  4. We send photos/videos for pre-check before shipment.

  5. Sample is shipped for your review and approval.


🔹 5. Refund & Deduction Policy

  • Sample fee can be deducted from final bulk order cost if order quantity meets MOQ.

  • Sample shipping cost is non-refundable.

  • If design changes after sample approval, additional sample costs may apply.
